Q. When is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
A. Orders placed after 1pm EST are usually  shipped the next business day, so, if you are placing an order later in the day, add another day to the shipping time.

Please note that orders shipped to APO & AFO addresses ship Priority Post and are then turned over to the military post to deliver; we cannot guarantee any delivery times for those shipments.

Note: UPS ships Monday through Friday; they will not deliver on Dec. 25, Dec. 31st, or Jan. 1

Q. Where do you ship from and how long does it take me to get it by standard shipping?
A. We ship from Lexington, Kentucky. UPS shipments from KY arrive in about 2 business days to Florida or Michigan, 5-6 business days to CA and 3 to 4 business days to New York. Orders placed after 1pm EST are usually shipped the next business day, so, if you are placing an order later in the day, add another day to the shipping time. UPS Ground Shipping Delivery Map

Q. Does next day shipping include Saturday delivery?
A. Only if you live in Lexington, KY, otherwise, next day means next business day

Q. How can I see shipping charges without ordering...
A. No Problem, just press the order button for any product, then click "ok" as if you're checking out. You will see the shipping options on the next page. Your order is not submitted until you give us your credit card information, and that takes one more page.

Q. After I order, when do you ship?
A. Orders received by 1pm usually go out the same day or the next; most orders ship within 36 hours. But it's not a perfect world. If you need your item by a certain date, choose express shipping! Please keep in mind that UPS works Monday through Friday, and does not operate on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Allow for weekends and holidays when figuring your shipping time. UPS counts shipping time from the day after your order ships. If we don't have your item in stock you'll hear from us within two days.

We ship UPS within the continental U.S.; Priority Post to AK/HI/PO's and APO's, and Global Express Mail to all other countries.

Q. Can I order several items sent to different people?
A. Yes, but (there's always one "but"), you have to order for each person separately, i.e. finish the entire process for each shipping address individually, sorry.   We are working to make this easier for you.

Q. Do you ship to PO boxes?
A. Yes, but don't like to.  you need to select the AK/HI US Priority Post option.

Q. Do you ship Outside the U.S.?
A. Normally, we only ship to Canada and APO addresses. Priority Post to APO's, and Priority International to Canada. However, we will  ship larger quantities (10 items or more) by special arrangement to Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Japan.
